The score is where your work starts.
Every senior leader you coach can feel that something’s shifted. Few can tell you what. FFi gives you both a place to start: where they stand across nine dimensions, what they do under pressure, how often they do it, and how confident they are doing it.
A score without a skilled debrief is a number. The debrief is where the value is, and that’s the work FFi certification trains you for.

It sits alongside what you already use.
FFi doesn’t replace the profiles and 360s in your practice. They tell you who a leader is and how they’re seen. FFi asks different and new questions covering nine dimensions: Spacious Thinking, Velocity & Momentum, Builder Bias and more.
What certified coaches will be able to do.
- Run the diagnostic end to end, from setting it up with your client to the debrief.
- Read results the way the framework is built. A gap in a foundational dimension needs a different conversation, and a different order of work, than a gap in an enabling one.
- Take every score to a development pathway, with session protocols for each of the nine dimensions.
- Facilitate group debriefs when an organisation takes FFi across a leadership team, and connect what the team shows to its priorities.
You’ll get full training, case-study support and early access to what we build next. Your coaching business will have a differentiated value proposition with FFi.
